Lay-up Details
All boat is Hull-high temperature vacuumed and cured with epoxy resin heat cured in mold for maximum structural integrity and stiffness .
All the rowing boat is Laminated sandwich construction according to different construction ,with additional material reinforcement on gunwales and keel.
Instruction of Material Construction
1). “Elite A+” type Shell: Laminated sandwich construction, high Modulus Carbon wet layup, with Nomex honeycomb core
2). “Elite A “ type Shell: Laminated sandwich construction, high Modulus Carbon interior and Kevlar exterior layup, with Nomex honeycomb core
3). “Elite B” type Shell: Laminated sandwich construction, high Modulus kevlar wet layup, with Nomex honeycomb core
4.) “club A” type Shell: Fiberglass wet layup, with Lantor ® core mat and necessary Kevlar tape reinforcement.

6) standard weight for A+ and A : A+ 1X 14kg, 2X/- 27kg, 4X/+/- 52kg, 8+ 96kg

1) All metal work from aerospace grade stainless steel and aluminum
2) Carbon sliding seats
3) Sea grade anodized aluminum slides, adjustable
4)Shoulders: Monocoque seat deck (Ribless) if with wing rigger
5)Inside structure: carbon /kavlar seat deck/canvas
6) Adjustable rowing gates with high strength Nylon oarlocks and stainless steel pin
7) Foot stretcher fully adjustable with famous brand sports rowing shoes
